Continental Management Limited (“CML”) also encompasses the group’s accounting, corporate management and fiduciary services arm.
Staffed by Chartered Professional Accountants with decades of experience in the provision of accounting, fiduciary and management services we act for a wide range of clients including licensed and exempted investment managers, alternative and private equity fund groups, companies listed on the Bermuda, New York and Toronto stock exchanges, and a wide variety of exempt companies from many industries.
Our highly qualified and experienced staff are able to act as directors and officers in order to assist with companies with Economic Substance requirements.
Our accounting team can provide monthly, quarterly and yearly financial information. Using our modern multi-currency accounting and financial statement preparation software with a powerful investment portfolio module we provide timely, accurate and cost-effective information.

Fund Administration
Global Fund Services Ltd. (“GFS”) is licensed by the Bermuda Monetary Authority to provide fund administration services. Utilising the staff, IT and internal resources of the Continental Group of Companies, GFS provides a range of fund administration and governance services to its clients.
Bermuda Stock Exchange Listing
Continental Sponsors Limited is a registered listing sponsor with the Bermuda Stock Exchange and sponsors the applications for new listings of mutual funds, Eurobonds, depository receipts and secondary listings.
